Course and certification fees are charged in advance as indicated during enrollment. Subscriptions and one-time fees are non-refundable except where applicable law mandates otherwise.

Curriculums, lecture materials, assessments, case studies, and brand marks belong to MaxSkills or its respective content licensors.

When you submit coursework, practical project deliverables, or capstone assignments, you grant MaxSkills permission to assess and verify your work for credential issuance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, commit academic dishonesty, or disrupt the learning community.

MaxSkills is dedicated to career readiness and competency training. We provide interview and placement support, but do not warrant guaranteed employment outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
