4. Complete checkout using an available payment method.
5. Wait for payment verification and order confirmation.
6. Receive access instructions through the student dashboard, email, or another specified delivery method.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay, Cashfree, or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Once payment is successfully verified, the order is confirmed and course access is assigned or prepared for delivery. If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, contact hello@maxskills.in and provide your transaction reference.

Our digital courses are delivered electronically through the website, student dashboard, learning platform, email instructions, or live online sessions, as applicable. No physical product is shipped for a digital-only course purchase. If a particular program includes physical materials, the relevant course page will specify the applicable delivery arrangements.

Recorded course access is generally provided after successful payment confirmation, subject to the delivery period stated on the relevant course page. Students can access the purchased lessons and materials according to the course access duration and applicable terms.

Live online classes are delivered according to the schedule communicated for the relevant course or batch. Joining links, class timings, and instructions will be shared through the student dashboard, email, or another designated communication channel. Students are responsible for checking their communications and joining scheduled sessions on time.

For recorded courses, access is generally provided after successful payment verification or within the stated course-specific delivery period.
